GREEN PRACTICES

Sunrise Bay Apts has an extensive green policy that suits the ecological character of its area. Reduces energy consumption with double glazing, good thermal insulation and energy efficient appliances A ++ class, with LED lighting, control automation and energy saving and uses solar energy for water heating.

The rooms use mixing faucets with special water reduction filters and the cisterns in the baths are double pressed with a flow control of a certain amount of water.

The upholstery and equipment of the rooms are, for the most part, made of wood, glass and metal, ecological and recyclable materials and ecological paints were used on the walls.
